Year 3 had an amazing time exploring the world of dragons in their English class. They delved into research, crafted unique profiles for their own dragons, and put together detailed non-chronological reports. The children had the wonderful opportunity to join a live webinar with Liverpool-based author Natalie Denny. During the session, they gained valuable insights into her writing process and personal interests. In our history lessons, we've been diving into the fascinating world of the Roman Empire. The students have learned so much about Roman life and culture. We are all eagerly looking forward to our upcoming visit to Wroxeter to see Roman history come to life!

The Bumble Bees class put on an impressive assembly all about the Romans, showcasing their extensive knowledge. They presented fascinating facts about Roman history, culture, and daily life. We had an exciting visit to the library, where we shared a captivating story and explored all the wonderful books. We also discovered a variety of free events at the library, which we hope to enjoy during the summer holidays.

Year 3 had a fabulous time celebrating 100 years of Stoke-on-Trent. They showcased their creativity by designing their own pot banks inspired by the iconic style of Clarice Cliffe. This term in science, Year 3 has been learning about light. We have conducted various investigations to explore its properties and effects. We were blessed with beautiful weather for the Year 3 sports day. Everyone had a fantastic time, and it was wonderful to see so many budding athletes in the year group. Well done to all participants!

Year 6 Science ambassadors

Forest Park was chosen to represent the Great Science Share, and the students had an amazing time-sharing their investigations with other schools. They enjoyed exploring various scientific concepts and were excited to showcase their findings. The children worked collaboratively throughout the afternoon and truly sparkled with their enthusiasm and teamwork.
